We are yet to offer this, but are in the process of securing a premises to be able to offer this, stay tuned for updates!
We are very quickly expanding and here is a small list of upcoming training courses we will be able to supply in the not so far away future!
PTS AC / DCCR
Personal Track Safety training aims to instruct learners on correctly determining their responsibilities and duties when working on or near the line.
Working Near or Adjacent to DC Conductor Rails (DCCR) provides learners with the knowledge required to safely carry out their duties in DC electrified areas in line with current Network Rail standards.

COSS / IWA
This course is designed to train persons who have been nominated by their line manager/sponsor to enable them to attain the Controller of Site Safety (COSS) competence. The COSS competence is required to be held by anyone who is required to set up a safe system of work on or near the line for a group(two or more). A COSS can also carry out the duties of an IWA provided there are no medical restrictions that would prevent this.

- Managing and Incident and the Role of the Rail Incident Officer (RIO)
- Line Clear Verification
SWL 1
This course is designed to convert persons with the current COSS competence to SWL1. They will also pass the pre-qualifier assessment and have been nominated by their line manager/sponsor to enable them to attain the SWL conversion and subsequent competence.
The SWL competence is required to be held by anyone who is required to plan and set up a safe system of work on or near the line for a group (two or more). An SWL can also carry out the duties of an IWA provided there are no medical restrictions that would prevent this.
- Understand the Safe Work Leader Competence
- Non-Technical Skills of a SWL
- Effective Communication
- Hazard Identification
- SWL role in Safe Work Pack creation

SWL 2
This course is designed to convert current ES competence holders to SWL2. They must be nominated by their line manager or sponsor and also pass an on-line pre-course assessment in order to attend.
This course is for anyone who currently holds the ES competence and requires to hold the SWL2 competence.
